1) pressed 'Refresh' or 'Reload' in Internet Explorer which is not good at caching form information, or
2) you bookmarked an Address/Location/URL that only has 'login_process.cgi' at the end.
You need to either
1)Use the Back button to go back to the previous page and press Login again, or
2) delete this bookmark, login to view your Daily Stats Page again, click on the link near the top left of your pool labeled 'Bookmark this for your Daily Stats Page!', and THEN bookmark that link. It will have your Pool Login ID as the last thing on the Address/Location/URL.
