Q: I have a player with a strange name like "Sorry NotReinprecht" who has 0 points.

A: During the pre-season this year, we got an update that had a lot of misspelt names. The names were added to our database, and then people registered their teams. Occasionally, pool administrators would select the player with the incorrectly spelt name. When we detect these players, we can't remove them, so we rename them something obvious to let you know that the incorrect player has been selected for your team.

The solution is to contact your pool administrator and have them re-edit your team and select the correct player.
